Not quite earth not yet sky.

The Pavilion is not just a destination — it’s a sensation.
Sky Pavilion
High above the rooftops of Techendorf, the Sky Pavilion floats between worlds.
A quiet threshold. A thought made of light. A place where time seems to pause — and something vast begins.
The view opens like a slow breath: 180 degrees of lake, forest, and sky. Behind you, the whispering woods. Below, the shimmer of water. Above — only silence, only space. Nothing here insists. The wind speaks in pulses. The light draws a memory on the table. And you — simply sit. Present. Still. Arrived.

This is more than a view.
It is an inward place.
A gate to the heavens.
A space for what matters.
By afternoon or evening, it opens for aperitifs under the shifting sky. And upon request, it transforms into an intimate dining space — arranged by the W7SKY Boutique Hotel, available for private dinners of 2 to 8 guests.

Mediterranean ease. Alpine clarity. Timeless heritage.

Garden lounge
The Garden Lounge unfolds around Villa Stof, a distinguished boutique residence built in 1890 and still lovingly held by the third-Generation Weissenseer family. Elevated above the heart of Techendorf, the villa rests on a tranquil hillside — with the forest rising behind it and the Weissensee glittering far below.
Facing outward, the garden opens to sweeping views of the lake and the village rooftops.
Facing inward, it whispers of southern light and quiet luxury.
In this intimate arc of land, nature and design merge: white Mediterranean stones accent the layout, lavender softens the edges, and the air carries the quiet rhythm of trees. The garden doesn’t sit beside the house — it wraps around it, forming a soft, sunlit belt of calm and openness.
Two of the villa’s apartments open directly onto this sanctuary via handcrafted iron terraces — subtle, sculptural gestures that guide you gently from privacy into light. These are not merely functional passages, but elegant thresholds to stillness, morning sun, and the flow of the day beneath the open sky.
Here, Alpine freshness meets Mediterranean poise.
The garden doesn’t just invite — it embraces.

Private. Pristine.
Entirely yours.
Strength. Stillness. Stone walls and steel resolve.
W7SKY Gym
Tucked into the ground floor of the Villa’s historic dépendance, the W7SKY Gym Studio reclaims an old-world space for a new kind of energy. Once a stable and storehouse, this stone-walled chamber has been thoughtfully restored — preserving its raw textures while introducing a curated selection of high-performance equipment.
Here, tradition meets training.
You’ll find a full-body strength system by BodyCraft, a precision-engineered machine for compound movement and total muscular engagement. Nearby, a power rack anchors the space — perfect for serious lifters seeking squats, presses, or deadlifts. A flat bench, dumbbell set, and ample open floor space invite free-form workouts, warm-ups, or mat-based routines. And for your cardio rhythm, a treadmill stands ready for steady-state runs or quick sprints — even when the weather keeps you inside.
The design remains honest:
Exposed stone walls, warm wood, and industrial lines echo the alpine character of the estate. Natural light filters through a single window, casting shadows on vintage rugs and iron details — a mood both focused and grounded.

This is not your average hotel gym. It’s a quiet commitment to wellness — sculpted in stone, wired for movement.
A childhood vision, returned to in stillness.
House in the tree
Just beyond the apartment suite, Depandance, of the estate — where the garden yields to forest and the light turns softer — the House in the Tree rises beneath a quiet gathering of evergreens. Set high on the hillside and nestled just beneath the Sky Pavilion, this secluded nook feels gently suspended between memory and presence.
Once the childhood playhouse of the family’s son, the original tree still stands — and now shelters a retreat built in its spirit. A place not for play, but for pause and meditation
Perfect for a slow morning coffee, a peaceful breakfast, or an afternoon spent reading, writing, or simply drifting into thought beneath the hush of pine needles, the House in the Tree blends into the hillside as if it had always been there. A small garden fireplace anchors the space, while the rhythm of the forest provides all the sound you need.

This is not just a feature.
It is a feeling.
A house in the tree — imagined in childhood, returned to in quiet grace.
